So the article in "MY Woman" directed more to women-specific topics such as "exercise for cellulite", while the article in "MY Man" is more concerned with how a man can successfully build muscle.

The advanced menu consists of 5 different categories, which are assigned to the thematic texts. The categories are: MY workout, nutrition tips MY, MY health, MY MY Music and Food & Shakes. Training plans, training tips, workouts, healthy foods, music suggestions and delicious recipes are provided in this guide so clear for the user.
