In this post, I am going to show you how to install Fitness Freak - Get your Score on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Fitness Freak - Get your Score using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "Fitness Freak - Get your Score" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

We measure your resting and active heart rate through the phone's camera by looking at how blood flows through your fingertip. We calculate the amount of energy that you exert while shaking your phone. We put all of these readings through our patent pending algorithm and you get a score that reflects the condition and improvements in your actual cardiovascular system rather than a growing bicep or a shrinking belly in the mirror.

Fitness Freak's score is a lot more sensitive and will start to improve only after a week or two of basic exercise, hopefully keeping you motivated to live a healthier lifestyle. Then you can instantly compare your scores with thousands of players across the globe and know exactly where you stand in the world, school, gym or office.

To get these results, we are combining traditional measures of fitness with cutting edge developments in medical, sports science and machine learning. Pairing them with an exercise that is simple, familiar and intense enough to get your blood flowing. And we have our prototype, Fitness Freak.
