Step By Step Guide To Install Fitness Calc-Coast Guard using BlueStacks

Fitness Calc-Coast Guard helps U.S. Coast Guard members calculate body composition and physical fitness test results against current USCG standards.

Body Composition
Evaluates all three tiers in sequence per COMDTINST M1020.9I:
• Abdominal circumference (AC)
• Maximum Allowable Weight (MAW) — height and weight with clothing adjustment
• Body Fat Assessment (BFA) — Hodgdon-Beckett circumference method using neck, abdomen, waist, and buttocks measurements

Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
Score push-ups, plank hold, and your choice of cardio event — 1.5-mile run/walk, 500-yard swim, 450-meter swim, or 2000-meter row — per the PFT Guide (March 2026). See individual event scores, categories, and your overall PFT result.

PFT Goal Calculator
Select a target score level (Superior through Average) to see the minimum reps and times required for your age and gender.

Boat Crew Fitness Reference
View minimum push-up, plank, run, swim, and row standards for Boat Crew qualification by age and gender.
