He is a troublemaker who doesn't like to study and goes to school only because he has no other choice. He is a rapper and collaborates with Motor on musical projects.

The teacher doesn’t want the students talk in class, but Flippy won't stop repeating everything you say until his mouth gets dry. Give him refreshment until his bladder is about to explode. If you touch Robbie’s hand or the window, several friends will appear to make things worse. Have fun with extra animations or taking a photo with Flippy and send it to all your friends!
