All you need to do is to install the "Let's Talk" App to instantly update your Chunghwa Telecom local call and mobile phone number, and have the function of initiating group talks/chats anytime, anywhere. What's more convenient is that there is no need to apply for installation and no monthly fee. You only make calls with your local call or mobile phone number. The call fee is calculated at the current rate and included in your monthly Chunghwa Telecom bill.

Currently, the "Lai Lai Talk" App provides the following functions:

1. Bind Chunghwa Telecom mobile phone number during installation

2. When using, you can bind to Chunghwa Telecom's local phone number to make calls

3. You can select meeting members from the mobile phone contact book or enter a new number

4. Provide meeting group management function, automatically create a group for the last meeting members

5. During the meeting, you can add new members at any time, or remove/mute/re-join old members
