Marine city Ishwald. One of the world's largest cities with a warm climate and rich land.
The protagonist Phil, who rode a boat from the countryside, sought a dream, and landed far away.

However, one day, a fairy appears in front of Phil, and is forced to save the fairy's "Mellow Forest".
The barrier was originally set up in the Mellow Forest, but it was broken and a monster was invading.
Phil reluctantly sets out on an adventure to get "several items to rebuild the barrier."
