*** This app currently only works with the Polar H7 Bluetooth heart rate strap ***

Heart rate variability (HRV) can be used to monitor the fitness/fatigue in response to exercise and adaptations from long term training.

This app was designed to collect beat-to-beat (RR) time intervals for the measurement of HRV and transferred to a qualified exercise physiologist or practitioner for data analysis and interpretation.

Purposefully, this app does NOT provide in-app HRV data interpretation or feedback as it was designed for use within integrated sport science delivery teams.

* Pairs uniquely with coded Polar H7
* Customizable sample times for measurement duration lying down and/or standing (0-20min each)
* Allows for orthostatic tolerance testing
* Audible or vibration cue to stand up for orthostatic tolerance test.
* Can be used without an internet connection. Internet (LTE or Wifi) needed to send testing logs.
* Testing logs saved for 14 days
