This is an amazing result, even if the average weight loss is more like losing 7 kilograms (minimum 3 kilograms) in 2 weeks. However, the Thonon diet has not yet been welcomed, although its reputation has grown due to the Internet.

The Thonon les Bains diet plan has both low calories (which can prey on fats and carbohydrates) and high protein (it consumes a lot of meat to prevent muscle mass from melting while promoting fat mass melting). This is relatively demanding. In return, it can effectively lose weight, and the results can be seen from the first few days.

This weight loss solution is based on the following principles:

    Eat protein,
    Some foods are eaten at will,
    Do not consume (essentially) sugar and fat,
    do not drink alcohol,
    Strictly follow the official diet menu,
    The desire to resist snacks and other foods
    Eat all the vegetable ingredients (if you want to add flavor, add lemon juice or herbs),
    Drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day.
