product aims to provide features that help schools in all their different domains from managing
admissions to fee structures to attendance to informing programs and events to generating
reports, and many more.
The brief introduction of all the features could be found as below –
1. Admission Management System – Managing admissions, especially in a short duration at
times becomes tedious for school management. Taking into account these difficult

chores, the said feature will manage all admissions that the school intends and this
would be achieved by having the following –
a) Add New Admission – This includes filling up all the details of a new student being
admitted to a school, from the personal details of the student to Parent/Guardian detail
to the Address details to the Student’s Medical Details to the Fee details.
b) Pending Admission – All those who’s forms have been partially filled and require final
submission.
c) All Student List – All students that have been admitted/enrolled to the school
2. ERP Manager – Different schools have different amenities and it is important that any
product that intends to organize the school is such that it can customize according to
the requirement. ERP Manager allows the “admin” to control all the dropdowns to be
managed –
a) General Settings – Custom Name of the Web, tagline, the prefix of all admission
numbers that the school wants to maintain/give, Logo and Address
b) Class Manager – To manage all the drop downs that the Web has related to Classes
which the school provides. (If the School doesn’t have Daycare, this could be removed
from the Web using this setting)
c) Section Manager – Manages all sections that the school has in the Web
d) Religion Manager – Manages all religions that the school wants to give in the Web
e) Nationality Manager – Manages all Nationalities that the school wants to give in the
Web
f) Cast Category Manager - Manages all Cast Categories that the school wants to give in
the Web
g) Occupation Manager – Manages all Occupations that the school wants to give in the
Web
h) Session Manager – Manages all the Sessions that the school wants to give in the Web
i) Fee Frequency Manager – (Likewise)

3. Fee Management – The most arduous of tasks, be it schools, colleges or private
institutes etc., is that of fee management. Bearing this in mind, iFoster gives solutions
that help easily manage the fee, by bifurcating the fee into categories of “Admission
Fee” and the “Tuition Fee”. Also, “Fee Submission” helps keep a tap on the payment of
fee for student, and “School Bank Detail” helps in putting the School Bank Details.

4. My Account – To regulate all the staff members using the product in the school, My
Account helps in managing all the users that are on-board.
5. Attendance – Facilitating for the school, especially the Teachers, this product helps in
maintaining attendance records of all the students. Not only this, iFoster allows to
display attendance records according to Classes or even if that is required for an
individual student.
