Introduction
This program allows users to interact with comic characters in "Hong Kong Anime Waterfront Paradise" to make selfies and produce short films through AR and Facial capture technology. In addition, this program also provides introductions and related information of cartoonists in the park.

In the year of 2015, the Hong Kong Animation and Manpower Association (HKC) was sponsored by the "Creative Hong Kong" of the "Creative Hong Kong" under the Hong Kong Commerce and Economic Development Bureau. It is a paradise with the theme of local anime characters. The park was established from 2016 to 2018. It has been visited by more than 3 million visitors and has been well received by visitors and cartoonists. It has become one of Wanchai's new landmarks.
 
In view of this, in order to continue to promote the Hong Kong animation industry to local and international visitors, the Manga Federation will be sponsored by the "Creative Initiative" and the second phase of the "Hong Kong Animation Waterpark" will be launched in 2019 at the Tourism Commission. With the assistance of various government departments such as the Wan Chai District Council and the support of professional organizations in the industry, the existing parks will be redesigned to enhance the interactive elements and bring new experiences to visitors.

Background/Target
Sponsored by Create Hong Kong (CreateHK) under the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, HKSAR, the Hong Kong Comics and Animation Federation (HKCAF) built the Ani-Com Park@Harbour"FUN" in 2016, focuses on promoting Hong Kong animation and comics Industry. Until the end of 2018, over 3 million visitors have visited the park, winning likes and praises from tourists and comics artists, and it has become the landmark of Wanchai.

To further market the Hong Kong comics and animation industry and to attract more local citizens and tourists, the Hong Kong Comics and Animation Federation (HKCAF) has been sponsored by CreateHK and kicked off the 2nd phase development programme of the park in 2019, together with The great was from the Tourism Commission, Wanchai District Board, related government departments and industry associations.
