In standards compiled by FIFA through "Football Stadiums: Recommendations and technical requirements", there are certain standards in the construction or rental of stadiums that will be used in soccer matches. FIFA clearly suggests the stadium can hold other sporting events and entertainment programs aimed at increasing the level of use and also financing, recommendations from FIFA, among other things, that stadiums can be used for other purposes related to stadium owners (eg teams) and the surrounding environment (eg for parking or rent for other events).
The document is clearly written: "The football stadium can be used for entertainment events such as concerts, festivals, theater shows and other events."
