Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. Interval HIIT Timer is a fantastic stopwatch with which you can customize the time of your HIIT sessions: choose the number of intervals to work, the interval time, rest time and training!

Control the intervals of your training session with this "timer".

How does it work:

Select the number of intervals and adjust their time and rest time by clicking on the + and - buttons.

You can also choose to warm up before HIIT training, just select it, activate its box, and set the desired time.

When you have everything selected, you can click on the "Play" button to start your exercises / training,

When you press "Play", you will see a screen with the text "READY?" and a countdown of 5 seconds to prepare ourselves, right after that our first session will begin!

Depending on the intervals we have selected, the corresponding intervals and rest screens will alternate until the HIIT training is finished.
