It is meant to express a word with some deficiency, not exactly in every aspect of its meaning. In the people, the expressions of the Quran are declared word by word only in terms of meaning. It is possible to inform Muslims who do not speak Arabic, as much as possible, by knowing the meaning of the Quran in their own language. However, the meaning of the Qur'an is understood in a very embroidery way. Tafsir explains and explains the meanings in the Quran.
Bediuzzaman explained the meaning of the tafsir as follows:
