In this post, I am going to show you how to install 7Fit - The 7 Minute Workout on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. An exercise takes 30 seconds. Between each exercise you do 10 seconds rest (relaxation time).
The upper body and the lower part of the body is trained alternately, to give the just unclaimed body parts some time to recover. So the order of the exercises is important.

The intensity is very high. The advantage, however: In a short time you\'ve made it.

To enhance the training, you can repeat the exercise for two or three times.
