Whether you’re a resident, homeowner, HOA board member, or management company staff member, HOAM makes it easy for you to connect with your community anywhere, any time.
Here are just some of the features available through HOAM:
Reservations — A quick and easy way to control capacity for various amenities from pools, clubhouses, gyms, and more. Set all the parameters for your reservations from number of people, duration of time slots, number of slots per day, even how many reservations each guest can hold at a given time.
Forms — HOAs us a lot of forms. From paint requests, design reviews, and work orders to name a few. Make every form from your HOA available and fillable in the app. After the homeowner completes the form, define your desired business process for how to route forms for reviews and notifications.
Event planning and tracking — A complete, searchable community activity schedule. Here residents and homeowners can view upcoming events, RSVP, and add events to their personal calendars. Staff can easily create and manage activities, track attendance, and share everything with homeowners.
Directories — An engaged community is an interconnected one. Community members can learn about each other, from next door neighbors to staff with searchable resident, homeowner, and staff directories (inclusion is voluntary for all users). Share your contact information and in just a few taps, anyone can get in touch right from the app.
Messages & Alerts — Everyone knows when the trash pickup is cancelled. Welcome and motivational messages are delivered to all users of select groups of users through push notifications. Even have the pool management company let everyone know when the pool is closing early due to weather.
Surveys — Residents, homeowners, and staff can participate in surveys and give feedback to the community with the tap of their finger. From ‘how would you rate our last community event’ to ‘would you recommend the management company to friends and family’, feedback collection from all members of the community is quick and easy.
Media — Share recorded video messages from the executive team, homeowner tips, and walkthroughs of the community. Photos and videos are the easiest way to keep residents and homeowners informed.
Photo Albums — See the community’s warm environment, engaging activities, and amenities for yourself with photo albums. Residents and homeowners can download and save the memories while staff can update directly from the mobile app.
Integrations — HOAM integrates with many of the tools already being used across your community from VMS, Caliber, and many more. The integration list is always growing.
