What is Integrative Whole Health?

Health is more than not getting sick. We all want a balanced and enjoyable life and the ability to do what we want when we want throughout our lives. Optimal You doesn’t just look at the physical body. Instead, we focus on the areas of health that we have some control over.

In this tool, you will explore each of the Seven Core Areas of Health. Score how satisfied you are in each area: Movement, Nutrition, Sleep, Spirituality, Resilience, Relationships and Environment. Explore what is most important to you and why you want to be healthier. Create a SMART goal and action steps to reach your goal in three months. Keep track of your progress, get reminders and use the optional Journal feature.

University of Arizona experts in the fields of motivational interviewing, integrative health coaching, public health, integrative medicine and instructional design built Optimal You to help us all understand ourselves, set manageable goals, and achieve them better.
