This Video Game is a pedagogical tool that is part of the products of the Pasos Seguros Alliance, an alliance formed by Fundación Barco, Computadores Para Educar, which can be used by anyone over 8 years of age to become aware of the risk of Antipersonnel Mines , unexploded ammunition and explosive traps, their use in the educational environment of the areas most affected by this problem is especially recommended, accompanied by a teacher trained in Education on the Risk of Antipersonnel Mines.
This game experience takes place in a rural environment where the Avatar character must walk the way from his home to the educational institution safely. Each of the participants, at the beginning of the game, each participant will be able to design their own Avatar according to their gender, ethnicity and clothing options. Each of the characters when leaving home must remember safe behaviors, which will allow them to be aware of the dangers that they may encounter on the way. During the journey to school, the characters can find safe areas and others that are not, so you must be very attentive to the signs you find to make the best decisions.
The players can also count on the help of Lulu. This character from the Miniseries "Lalo and Lulú take Safe Steps" will teach you clues to go the safest way; which together with the stars will make the journey to school a fun experience with Safe Steps.
They will live various missions that will help them internalize the elements of the self-care competence. The missions include image analysis, word search, puzzles, among others that not only contribute to risk management skills, but also to reading comprehension and information technology.
The objective of the game is for children and adolescents to acquire safe behaviors against the risk of antipersonnel mines, achieving that:

1. Recognize the danger posed by Explosive Devices and stay away from them.
2. Stay away from places where Explosive Ordnance may be present.
3. 3. Recognize and stay on safe paths and places.
4. Seek help when there are victims of Explosive Ordnance.
