This app is an unofficial widget app that visualizes power usage and weather data in an easy-to-understand manner based on official data published by each power company and the Japan Meteorological Agency. Please note that this app is not affiliated with any government agency, Japan Meteorological Agency, or any power company, and does not represent any of these organizations.

This is a compact widget that displays a meter that allows you to see the power usage status of your power company at a glance without starting the app. We received the "Energy Saving Smartphone Application Award" sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy.
We support the following power companies and weather information.

Hokkaido Electric Power “Electricity Forecast” Today’s electricity usage status

Tohoku Electric Power “Tohoku 6 Prefectures/Niigata Area Electricity Forecast” Power Usage Data

In addition to checking the power status, we have added functions that help you save power.
Tapping the widget will display a graph of the power usage history from the past, making it easier to predict power usage trends. Furthermore, we have incorporated weather and temperature, which have a large impact on power usage.

It also displays a ticker with power saving tips based on the current weather and power situation. It also has a sharing function that allows you to tweet graph images. Furthermore, we have also prepared a function that notifies you of the power status through LED and notification area when power usage exceeds 95%.

In order to avoid putting a load on the information provider's server, data is periodically retrieved in API format from our development server on Google Cloud.

The main features of this app are:

■Analog meter display on the home screen
Data time and power supply and demand status are displayed in percentage and meter display. The number representing the electricity usage rate is normally white, and when the supply and demand situation reaches 90 to 94%, the display color changes to orange, and when it exceeds 95%, the display changes to red to alert you to caution. The background can be set to a transparent color.

■Power rainbow graph and weather/temperature history display
At the top of the screen, the latest power information and weather information provided by the Japan Meteorological Agency are displayed, and at the bottom is a rainbow graph display of power information. On the horizontal screen, one week's worth is displayed at once.

■Display ticker for power saving tips etc.
At the bottom, a ticker displays energy-saving tips based on the current power situation, weather conditions, etc.

■If the power is in a pinch, you will be notified via LED and notification area.
When power usage exceeds 95%, the LED and notification area will notify you of the power status.

■Sharing graphs
You can share graphs using apps installed on your smartphone that can link images, such as X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Gmail, and photo albums.

■Data update
Automatically retrieved from the cloud on a regular basis. You can also manually update to the latest information by tapping the widget. The original data provided by the power company is updated approximately every 5 minutes.

■Settings
You can make various settings such as making the widget transparent and changing the data update interval.

Please send your requests and comments to android@airfront.co.jp.

*Please note that if the specifications of data published by each power company change without notice, we may not be able to respond immediately.
