This is because we have disconnected from life. IntroHero training is a very simple tool. It is based on extracting from our own life those learnings that occur naturally. These learnings are a treasure that makes us grow and live in a more satisfactory and full way. This training aims to awaken the Intro-Gaze, the greatest of all Intro Powers. With the IntroMyrada awake and trained, it is very simple to be able to enjoy life with its challenges included. Through the IntroMirada it is also very simple to discover your IntroPowers and be able to enjoy them. The proposal of the IntroAcademia is to perform simple exercises that adapt to your daily life. In this way, reconnecting to life is simple and allows us to discover its full potential. Life is our great school and all IntroHeroes know it. The IntroAcademia initially offers you a 31-day journey of exploration through different areas of the human being that still represent a pending issue. For example, how to feel emotions such as fear, how to transform the quality of a thought that hurts us to think, or how to learn to focus on the present. If you decide to do the exercises every day, you will finish them in 31 days. However, you can extend it to as many days as you require. You may want to spend more than one day on one exercise or rest for a few days before starting the next one. You will decide based on your present needs. This basic path begins with the first fear-based practice and ends with the eighth present-based practice. Between these two practices you will find different stops: 1- How to recognize fear and choose not to make decisions based on it 2- How to stop the tension of controlling things 3- How to feel emotions without being thrown at us 4- How to guide ourselves by our hearts. 5- How to raise the quality of our thoughts. 6- How to transform the past. 7- How to open ourselves to the learnings that our life offers us and that on many occasions we turn our backs. 8- How to live from our presence in life, focused on the present, alive. Currently at the IntroAcademia you will find: • 8 practices, three days each, guided by introHéroes. (24 days). • 7 practices to attend to your neglected (those parts of us that require certain specific attention). • The Inner Laboratory: Place where IntroMan will accompany you to do alchemy with your emotions. • SOS button: In moments of IntroAbuelo crisis will be there to assist you. • Stickers that you can download as you progress in your training. With the IntroAcademia you can carry out your exercises anywhere and at any time. The free version has three IntroHéroe proposals (9 days of practice) and 3 Unattended (3 days). Twelve free days in total.
